Our key stage 2 children are able to demonstrate their leadership skills when leading the various clubs and have the opportunity to participate in others of their choice. Our key stage 1 children have the chance to learn new skills whilst enjoying time with their friends. Children can also earn house points for their respective houses when taking part.
Our Tibberton Safeguarding Team try to create awareness around the well-being of our children.. Last year they told us about the five steps to being happy;
Connect with others; Helping people; Noticing things around you; Be active; Try something new
Our lunchtime activities will help the children at Tibberton achieve all of the above.
By encouraging both physical activity across the school and sports leadership, we are also hoping to gain our Golds Sports Award for another year. Tibberton Primary have to also take part in external sporting events and hold various after school clubs in order to achieve this award. As ever, we can only achieve such awards if we work together as a team; something we pride ourselves on here at Tibberton.
