These are the spellings for week 7. Please practise your spellings every day. Make sure that you understand the meaning of the words and you can use them in sentences. Take care to make sure that the months of the year begin with a capital letter.

Year 1 children you are focusing on the ear phoneme and the months of the year.

Seed Investigating

Thank you, you were really great at providing ideas for what might affect how well a seed grows. We put all of your ideas together onto a mindmap and we have attached this so that you can share each other’s ideas too.

If you can get some seeds or already have some seeds at home, we would like you to set up a seed investigation. Choose one of the ideas from the mindmap to test out and send us your pictures and results as your seeds grow.
