Thank you for all of the costumes, parental and other support, competition entries and fun that we had last week in celebration of British Science Week.
The children embraced all things STEM and there was a real excitement about their learning. It was wonderful to hear children talking about investigations, predictions and conclusions. Well done to everyone involved.
It was also amazing to see that nearly half the school entered one of the competitions- either drawing a scientist or designing an invention. There were some astonishing entries and choosing winners was very tricky. Well done to all of the pupils who took part, and to the winners from each class- Darcey, Alice, Henry, Mia and Livia.
A big well done too to Class 3 who had the most entries, and to Kaylin who earnt a Star Writer badge for her work on Mae Jemison.
